OPEN CALL: RESIDENCE CALL AND SATURDAY BAZAAR
We are announcing a residency call for artists who will present their emerging work at the same time in a separate project Saturday Bazaar (March 23, 2024) in
during Bazaar Festival 2024.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Independent and innovative artists/groups from the Czech Republic and from Central and Eastern Europe who are currently working on a new creative theater or dance project in an international context. The theme of our jubilee year is Courageous Practice, by which we want to draw attention to the challenging and often everyday activities by which today's creators try to "be the change they want to see" in the world. At the same time, we would like to consider the inclusion of projects that are not directly related to the topic, but that respond to current topics of ecological or social crisis. The invitation is intended for smaller groups (max. 5 people).
