Selection of projects | Live Performance Bazaar Residencies 2025

Dear friends,

For 2025 we received applications for a record number of projects  - 59 - and have chosen 4 groups, which will present excerpts of their future work or research so far at the Saturday Bazaar event on March 29th, 2025 or the day before.

Chosen groups and projects for 2025:

• Debora Štysová & Tinka Avramova (CZ): ANIMA MUNDI 

• Nur Nar Physical Theater Collective (CZ/LB): IF YOU FEEL LONELY, TAKE A WALK

• Miloš Janjić (SRB): JA SAM GOLA VODA / I AM BARE NAKED WATER

• Aleks Borys & Viktoria Kaslik (PL): AGENCY OF AMBER 

The first three projects listed were chosen on the recommendations of a small committee consisting of Lucia Šimášková, Markéta Perroud, Michal Klodner and Roman Poliak. The AGENCY OF AMBER project was chosen via our NATURE OF US partnership as part of a seperate Open Call.

An additional Live Performance Bazaar Residencies chosen project is BODIES IN PROGRESS EXTENDED (Martina Hajdyla / ME-SA (CZ/SK) and will shown as a work in progress in the format of a courageous practice sharing. 

We considered a whole bunch of excellent projects we were not able to choose. If we have not chosen your project this year, please keep in touch with us about your future work, in the meantime please come see what your colleagues are up to. The program of our eleventh festival edition is an exciting one and will be presented soon.
